For full users:
- Live 'chat' help is usually available from 7.30 a.m to 3.30 p.m. UK time

instant answer, you can always start a 'ticket' and then you can monitor its
status as it is dealt with.
- To log in to help you will need your 5 digit Customer ID and
password. This should have been sent to you.
